The Sobeslav Industrial Products Division is preparing further expansion of production capacities based on new orders, one year after beginning cooperation with Konecranes, the world-famous producer of cranes.
“Following our successful meeting concerning future cooperation with the customer in Finland, we have just started another project. This consists of producing six types of guiding parts of crane ropes in three sizes, with the first type being delivered this year and the other types following at the beginning of next year,” says Milan Vančata, the Director of the Industrial Products Division of the MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská Company in Soběslav.
The project is connected to projects currently underway, where the Industrial Products Division has been producing more than ten other components of crane lifting equipment. “Konecranes is one of the top lifting technology companies in the world. The development of cooperation with this customer shows our quality and strengthens our prestige,” adds Mr. Vančata.
Konecranes is a world-leading group in producing and selling lifting equipment for the production and processing industries, shipyards and terminals. MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská has been supplying them components since 2013.
