Czech producer MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská signed a contract with AQUACENTRUM PRAHA for an exclusive sale of CNG stations “MOTOR JIKOV offers its customers CNG refuelling appliances and stations in a wide power range from 5 to thousands of cubic metres of compressed natural gas per hour. Unlike our competitors, we develop and produce a big part of the assortment ourselves. By concluding the contract, we cover an important part of our offer of the power of 20 – 100 m3/hour and obtain an exclusive representation in production and sale of appliances developed by AQUACENTRUM PRAHA for the whole world territory, including the Czech Republic. It is a logical conclusion of our existing, very close and successful cooperation and another strategic step towards strengthening our position on the world markets, “ says Miroslav Dvořák, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of the MOTOR JIKOV Group.
They include in particular compact CNG refuelling appliances of the power of 20 – 40 m3/hour equipped with one or two Trident 400 compressors installed together with a pressure vessel of a selectable volume up to 1,680 l inside a concrete container of the standard size of 3.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 metres. In addition to the necessary accessories, the facility contains a modern electric switchboard and an automatic operation control system with the Internet connection enabling to monitor operation on a remote basis. It can be equipped with either a dispenser including consumption measuring or a simple manually operated dispensing unit. A filling hose and an NGV1 or NGV2 nozzle are always a part of the dispensing system. The station will be sold under the trade name of MJ Compact Plus. With its design, construction and technical parameters it fully fits within the concept and product line of the CNG filling systems provided by the MOTOR JIKOV company, which is able to satisfy the needs of any customer with own products.
“The station is characterised by high design and application flexibility and it can be delivered to customers according to their requirements also in different concepts and models. It is intended in particular for in-company applications for medium size CNG vehicle fleets or as a public CNG filling station for smaller locations,” says Jiří Slíva, the Director of the Special Machining and Production Division of MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská describing the product.
Installation of the facility does not require difficult construction preparedness and has minimal legislative demands, in particular, no building permit is required. MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská and AQUACENTRUM PRAHA provide comprehensive implementation starting with initial calculation of demands and design through designing, preparation assistance up to installation as such, commissioning and approval of the station to operate. Both the companies secure consequent warranty and post-warranty service in the Czech Republic as well.
In addition, the contract contains agreement on mutual development of new types of refuelling appliances and filling stations with the aim to maximally extend this so far neglected but cheap and environmentally friendly fuel and especially to increase its availability for maximum number of users – large companies, businesses, self-employeds and individuals.
