The Die-Casting Foundry Division of MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna in České Budějovice has concluded a contract with MAHLE, the leading worldwide supplier of combustible engine components and systems.
“The MAHLE project is very prestigious for us. It includes the production of four types of Husqvarna chainsaw and scythe cylinders. Sister companies MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna and MOTOR JIKOV Fostron, the Tooling Division, will cooperate on this project. The importance of our concept and strategy to provide customers with a complex solution within the holding has again been proven. MAHLE and Husqvarna chose our company to be their strategic partner for the relocation of production from China to Central Europe”, says Tomáš Prášil, the Technology Manager.
