The project focuses on developing a professional training system for employees of the MOTOR JIKOV Group, comprising four major South Bohemian companies specializing in engineering and foundry industries.

Project Description

The project focuses on developing the professional training system for employees of the MOTOR JIKOV Group, comprising four major South Bohemian companies operating in engineering and foundry industries. The group has a shared human resources development strategy based on coordinated training for all employees across these four companies, aiming to maximize the benefits of education both for individual companies and the group as a whole.

The primary objective of the project is to implement joint training activities systematically for all employee groups according to their roles and expertise. It also includes tailored training for specific needs, such as managerial staff or future internal trainers in particular topics. One of the key activities is promoting equal opportunities for employees within the overall human resources development concept and across all strategic and methodological documents, as well as in the work of all managerial staff. The project will also establish a team of specialists over 50 years old, who, after necessary training, will serve as mentors either for specific employee groups or within their area of expertise. Their responsibilities will include identifying talented individuals and guiding them towards managerial or expert functions.

Project Goals

The main goal of the project is to enhance the adaptability of employees within the MOTOR JIKOV Group, thereby increasing the employer’s resilience to economic and technological changes and boosting the group’s competitiveness.

Strategically, the project aims to innovate the current human resources development strategy and training system, introduce new personnel management tools, and utilize the potential of selected employee groups (e.g., employees over 50, talented regular employees with leadership potential).

Target Groups

The project’s target group includes employees of the MOTOR JIKOV Group companies.

Specific target groups are:

  • Managerial staff of the group
  • Experienced regular employees over 50 years old
  • Regular employees under 25 years old
  • Talented employees with potential for career or professional growth
