The MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. takes advantage of the opportunity to tap into funds from subsidy sources of European programs. It has successfully implemented many projects not only in the field of innovative entrepreneurship support, but also in enhancing the competitiveness of companies and improving the professional qualifications of employees. Within the framework of these projects, the company has not only gained finances for technological development of its firms, but has also significantly contributed to the increase in employment throughout the entire South Bohemian region.

Robotic assembly lines
The company designs and manufactures sophisticated devices and assembly lines according to customer needs with optimization for high productivity in manufacturing processes.
MOTOR JIKOV fuel stations
The MOTOR JIKOV GROUP has developed and also exclusively supplies fueling stations for compressed natural gas (CNG), intended for individuals and companies with vehicles of alternative propulsion. This project significantly saves on fuel expenses and contributes to the protection of the environment. The equipment meets high safety standards as well as challenging ecological and emission limits.
TVC - Technological Development Centre
A new project developing technological procedures and concepts for robotic workplaces for the production of high-pressure Al castings in unmanned operations with minimal manufacturing times. The goal of TVC is a continual increase in the innovative cycle of the product, especially its quality and consistency, enhanced mechanical properties and casting strength, the development of thin-walled structural castings with significant weight saving, the development of castings from new Al alloys and entirely unique foundry products with high-efficiency manufacturing process, up to 80% according to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Operation goal:Enhance the energy efficiency of the business sector__
The aim and objective of this project is the modernization of high-pressure aluminum casting facilities. Four existing high-pressure casting stations will be replaced with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient workplaces. As a result of this initiative, there will be a significant reduction in the energy consumption of the production process, paving the way for a more sustainable and cost-effective future.

The purpose and goal of this project is to modernize the entire electrical distribution system of the MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. manufacturing site in České Budějovice. This will include the replacement of existing transformers and switchgear within the current transformer station buildings, along with related upgrades to high-voltage (VN) and low-voltage (NN) lines.
