Products

• Assembly equipment - from simple manual manipulation to assembly lines with automatic part loading by manipulators or industrial robots. The devices provide the most commonly required assembly operations: manipulating components, assembly, screwing, pressing, riveting, lubricating, gluing, welding, and marking parts.
• Processing equipment independent or as part of lines for processing castings, forgings or other semi-finished products, supplemented by technological operations: drilling, turning, threading, milling, checking the presence of drilled holes, and tool integrity.
• Test stations, where individual operations are either part of the assembly process, or a separate test device. For example, torque, tightness, functionality, product life, product electrical parameters, or performance parameters can be tested.
• Processing fixtures for clamping (mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically) and precise positioning of the part for machining on machining centers.

Processing of a complete construction design according to customer requirements, production and assembly of the equipment, software development, and equipment service.

We use construction elements from leading suppliers in the field of industrial automation - BOSCH, SIEMENS, TELEMECANIQUE, FESTO, SMC, WEISS and others.

We apply technologies from reputable companies (e.g. Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Bosch, Telemecanique) to transfer information between individual PLC systems according to customer requirements.

The control software is developed on the basis of specific customer requirements for reliability and comfortable operation.
