Currently, for the 2021/2022 school year, the capacity designated for practical training of students and pupils of secondary schools is fully occupied by students and pupils from partner schools.
For the 2021/2022 school year, we have available capacity for short-term as well as long-term internships and work placements for university students of technical disciplines.
In our ongoing innovation and improvement of our products, we offer students the opportunity for external collaboration in solving development orders for foreign partners as part of the processing of diploma, bachelor's, seminar, final and other written works.

The support of technical education by MOTOR JIKOV GROUP a.s. was most recently awarded by the Minister of Industry and Trade, Jan Mládek, with a diploma for a significant support of the school and company partnership program by implementing the IQ Industry and TOGETHER projects with the goal to enhance the competitiveness of Czech industry.
Awards for cooperation with schoolsThe support system of technical education was also nominated by members of the Czech Republic Employers' Club for the HR Award.
The company received an award for the fourth time at the Education and Craft Fair for interconnecting the educational and business sectors. The company has been striving to strengthen technical fields for many years, participates in creating curricula in accordance with company needs, and significantly contributes to motivating young people to study technical fields. MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. has partnerships with dozens of technically oriented schools of various levels, including the College of Automotive and Technical Engineering in České Budějovice. This partnership was recognized at the fair.
