On Tuesday, November 5th, a panel discussion with employers from the South Bohemian region took place at Hotel Budweis in České Budějovice. It sought to find answers to questions about the current South Bohemian labor market, the demand for technical fields, how companies utilize retraining programs, and the current experiences with internships and traineeships both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Representatives of prominent Czech companies also discussed collaboration between schools and businesses, as well as the skill levels of graduates. The success of the event—traditionally supported by MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s., one of the largest employers in the South Bohemian region—was further reinforced.
