Blog Welcome new interns

Starting Monday, September 3rd, twenty aspiring interns embark on a journey into the heart of one of South Bohemia's largest companies. MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. welcomes thirteen apprentices and four students from the Vyšší odborná škola, Střední průmyslová škola automobilní a technické in České Budějovice. They gain valuable expertise both in the company's training center and across divisions including Mechanization, Castings, Special Machinery, and Molds.

“We involve apprentices and students in machining castings, assembling and repairing equipment, and working with CNC machines. Those who show enthusiasm, a willingness to develop further, and a commitment to self-improvement will be offered the opportunity to become part of our team after their education. Practical experience with us can serve as a solid foundation for long-term collaboration and career growth within a modern, large enterprise,” explains Radomír Hrouda, Technical Education Specialist. He adds that MOTOR JIKOV GROUP is witnessing a growing number of graduates from technical schools interested in working at the company. “This is very positive. It demonstrates that our company has a good reputation and that we are able to attract young talent.”
