For three years, Martin Kubeš explored the world of MOTOR within a scholarship program, specifically at MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s. In September, he graduated with a degree in Manufacturing and Materials Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague, and in less than a month, he became a technologist at MOTOR JIKOV Fostron a.s. At the beginning of November, he received a wristwatch with the company logo as recognition for choosing to start his professional career at MOTOR JIKOV after completing his studies.

In October, the company logo wristwatches were handed over by Verka Vrchotová, Director of Human Resources Development at MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s., along with other scholarship recipients who successfully completed their studies and joined the company's workforce.

Jan Míka graduated with a secondary school diploma in mechanic adjuster and now works at MOTOR JIKOV Fostron a.s. in the prototype workshop. He received the scholarship for three school years, after the company approached him with a scholarship offer already in his second year. Pavel Štipl is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, specializing in casting, and currently works as a technologist at MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s. in the Pressure Casting division.
