Blog The Krumlov CNG filling station is now in place.

MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s. is preparing to launch its third public CNG filling station in the South Bohemia region, located in Český Krumlov.

The installation of the equipment was successfully completed in early November. "The station weighs forty tons, so moving it with a crane to the site is always a bit of an adrenaline rush, but everything went perfectly," said Jaroslav Vohnout from MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s., who was directly present in Český Krumlov.

The compressor station is currently equipped with one compressor with a capacity of 140 cubic meters per hour. In the future, a second compressor with the same capacity is planned to be added, doubling the CNG station's capacity.
The grand opening of the station, located at the bus depot on Chvalšinská street, will take place on Tuesday, November 25th. Starting from December, all motorists will be able to refuel at the station.
