Leadership of the MOTOR JIKOV GROUP companies and representatives of the trade union organization reached an agreement on a new collective bargaining agreement at the end of May. The contract is valid from June 1, 2015, to March 31, 2016.
Iva Fantyšová, the Head of Human Resources at MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s., provided details on the key points of the agreement. "We agreed on a 2.5 percent salary increase across the individual companies within the holding. Additionally, it was agreed to increase per diems for domestic business trips, which are significantly more favorable for employees than the rates set by binding legal regulations," she said.

The employer also agreed with the unions to abolish certain allowances paid to the Pressure Casting division beyond the scope of the Labor Code, with the affected employees simultaneously receiving an increase in their base salary via this method.
The ceremonial signing of the collective agreement was attended by Miroslav Dvořák, Chairman of the Board and CEO of MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s., Jan Janoušek, Chairman of the KOVO UNION at MOTOR JIKOV, and Iva Fantyšová, Head of Human Resources at MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s.
