With two reliable employees from MOTORu JIKOV Group a.s. and MOTORu JIKOV Foundry a.s., their colleagues and management bid farewell at the end of the year. Ivana Janoušková and Hana Zídková have been enjoying their well-deserved retirement since January. Their years of dedicated work were acknowledged by the company's CEO, Miroslav Dvořák, with a practical gift – a lawn mower.
Ivana Janoušková worked for forty-one years as a human resources specialist. “Iva reliably handled all personnel matters in the Soběslav plant, always with a smile. Her extensive experience was especially advantageous when working with people,” emphasized Iva Fantyšová, HR Director at MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s.
Ivana Janoušková gradually handed over the personnel responsibilities to Olga Martinů, who has replaced her as HR specialist since early 2015. In retirement, Ivana plans to spend time with her grandchildren and tend to her exceptionally beautiful garden, where she will use the lawn mower LTS 448SH, a gift she received upon retirement.
Hana Zídková, who worked reliably for twenty-three years at MOTOR JIKOV Foundry a.s. as a control worker, retired at the end of 2014. The director of MOTOR JIKOV Foundry a.s., Radek Mach, personally handed her the lawn mower World W 53 AL P RS.
