They finished school and now have secure employment thanks to the __MOTOR JIKOV GROUP__ scholarship program. A group of five graduates from class 3ZON at the __Czech Budějovice Secondary Industrial School of Automotive and Technical Studies__ participated in the holding company's internship program. As a result, all of them have guaranteed positions in the holding's companies upon graduation, and as a cherry on top, they received branded watches with the company logo from the __MOTOR JIKOV Group__ CEO, Miroslav Dvořák, during the graduation ceremony at __ArtIGY__.

“I am glad that the cooperation between the company and the __VOŠ and SPŠ Automobile and Technical School__ in České Budějovice is thriving. Nearly 150 apprentices go through our internship program each year. We offer scholarships to the most talented students because my philosophy is to support young people. Investing in their development is crucial for the company's growth, and I am pleased that after finishing school, they join __MOTOR JIKOV__,” said the CEO of __MOTOR JIKOV Group__, Miroslav Dvořák, at the official award event.

Watches were received by Václav Valíček (metalworker), Jan Štochl (toolmaker), Petr Reichenauer (toolmaker), Štěpán Troubil (metalworker), and Matěj Mareš (metalworker).
The same recognition was awarded to two __MOTOR JIKOV__ scholars, Zdeněk Tůma and Jan Soušek, during the presentation of their school leaving certificates at the __České Budějovice Town Hall__. Both completed their apprenticeship and, after a two-year study at the __VOŠ and SPŠ Automobile and Technical School__, earned their maturities. The watches symbolize their decision to start their professional careers at the company. The awards were presented by the master trainer, Zdeněk Struska, and __MOTOR JIKOV Group__ Human Resources Development Director, Věra Vrchotová.
