As a large loyal family, the CEO of MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s., Miroslav Dvořák, sees the employees of the MOTOR JIKOV GROUP holding. “We have come out of the challenging years with a strong team. I am pleased that children of our employees are joining the company, and often this involves generations of families working at MOTOR JIKOV. Believe me, creating a family business with eight hundred employees is a gratifying experience,” said CEO Miroslav Dvořák during the traditional New Year’s meeting with employees, which took place on Monday, January 5, 2015, at the manufacturing plants in Nové Hrádech, Soběslav, and České Budějovice.
The employees were informed about the company’s results in the past year and the plans for 2015. “Compared to 2014, we plan to increase sales by one hundred million crowns to 1.6 billion crowns with the current number of nine hundred employees, including personnel leasing,” informed CEO Miroslav Dvořák.
In the past year, the companies in the holding invested 130 million crowns. In 2015, the planned investments amount to one hundred million crowns, mainly in the Divisions of _Tlaková slévárna_ and _Slévárna litiny MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s._
