"The adaptation process also includes discussions with direct supervisors, during which expectations are clarified and misunderstandings addressed. The overall adjustment period does not extend beyond the probationary period. At its conclusion, a performance review is conducted with the supervisor to assess the level of work performance and integration into social relations.
