Blog New employees have completed their onboarding seminar.

Twenty new employees at MOTOR JIKOV participated in an introductory seminar at the end of January, led by Radomír Hrouda, the expert training coordinator. The onboarding process includes a guided tour through production divisions.
This seminar is an integral part of the adaptation program designed to help new hires quickly immerse themselves in the company's culture, understand its philosophy, and grasp operational procedures. Each newcomer received an orientation brochure containing essential information—from historical background and organizational structure to personnel details, employee benefits, and answers to frequently asked questions.

"The adaptation process also includes discussions with direct supervisors, during which expectations are clarified and misunderstandings addressed. The overall adjustment period does not extend beyond the probationary period. At its conclusion, a performance review is conducted with the supervisor to assess the level of work performance and integration into social relations. Based on this, continuation of employment or termination during the probation is proposed," explained Iva Fantyšová, HR Director at MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s.

The onboarding seminar welcomed warehouse staff, designers, foundry workers, technologists, warehouse controllers, and maintenance mechanics.
