Blog MOTOR JIKOV is assisting in recruiting students for technical schools__

At a record number of recruitment events this year, primary school students will meet representatives of MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. The fall "recruitment season" started already in early October with school fairs in Jindřichův Hradec and Třeboň, organized by the South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce. "We always receive positive feedback at these events. We collaborate with partner schools and place our presentation and school booth side by side. This allows prospective students to get firsthand information about employment opportunities after graduation," emphasizes Věra Vrchotová, HR Development Director at MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s.
Dana Nováková from Lásenice visited one such school fair with her son. "My son, who is in his final year of primary school, was very interested in the internship offers at MOTOR and is keen to apprentice for the company," she highlighted.

This autumn, company representatives will participate in eleven recruitment events. Alongside school fairs in Tábor and Písek, there will be open days at partner schools and the "Vzdělání a řemeslo" (Education and Trades) exhibition at the Czech-Budějovice Exhibition Grounds. "We are expanding collaboration with partner schools and have prepared a new recruitment brochure with information about the company’s scholarship program, as well as details on specific vocational and academic programs supported at each school," added Věra Vrchotová.
In addition to HR specialists, expert training masters Zdeněk Struska and Pavel Točík are actively involved in recruitment. They will provide information at open days at partner schools and the "Vzdělání a řemeslo" exhibition.

On Saturday, November 5th, an Open Day will be held at VOŠ, SPŠ automobilní a technické in Českých Budějovicích and at the Střední průmyslová škola strojní a stavební in Tábor. The Jindřichohradecká střední odborná škola a střední odborné učiliště will host an open day on November 9th, and MOTOR JIKOV Group will present at the Písek school fair on November 14th. The November program concludes with the "Vzdělání a řemeslo" exhibition from November 23rd to 25th.
