Blog MOTOR JIKOV has recommended VOŠ, SPŠ Automotive and Technical School

The certificate for second place in the DOPORUČENO ZAMĚSTNAVATELI competition was awarded to Jan Šindelář, Director of the Higher Vocational School, Secondary Industrial School of Automotive and Technical Studies České Budějovice, symbolically at MOTOR JIKOV company premises. The inaugural DOPORUČENO ZAMĚSTNAVATELI competition, in which prominent employers selected the schools best preparing their graduates for employment and focusing on essential professions, was announced this year by the Employers Club. The evaluation within South Bohemia involved most leading companies, headed by MOTOR JIKOV. VOŠ, SPŠ automotive and technical students are currently undertaking practical training at MOTOR JIKOV.
The ranking of secondary schools for 2014 in South Bohemia:
1. Higher Vocational School, Secondary School, and Center for Professional Training, Sezimovo Ústí
2. Higher Vocational School, Secondary Industrial School of Automotive and Technical Studies, České Budějovice
3. Secondary Technical School of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Velešín

"DOPORUČENO ZAMĚSTNAVATELI is not only a mark that helps prospective students and their parents find quality education with high chances of good employment, but also a project supporting the orientation towards the right fields and contributing to improving communication between schools, their founders, and companies, which still face a shortage of suitable candidates for numerous professions. It also includes exchange of experiences, practical involvement of industry experts in education, and insights from school staff, students, or trainees into production," said Pavel Hulák, Director of the Employers Club, about the first edition of the competition.
