Introducing the MJ Compact 60, the latest innovation from MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s., expanding their portfolio of compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling stations. This versatile filling station is perfect for large internal corporate fleets or as a smaller public station on less-trafficked routes. Planned installations include locations like Soběslav, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.
“Thanks to our expertise, the development and prototype construction of the MJ Compact 60 took only a short time, with the main focus being the integration of a new type of compressor. Our technicians had to design new station layouts and develop entirely new electrical systems and control software. Building upon the existing MJ Compact series, the MJ Compact 60 offers significant advantages, such as lower maintenance costs,” explained Miroslav Dvořák, CEO of MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s.

The star feature of this station is the new four-stage, air-cooled compressor from J. A. Becker, capable of delivering 60 cubic meters per hour. “With a maximum outlet pressure of up to 285 bars, it offers a clear advantage over competitors whose filling stations typically operate at 250 bars. This increased pressure enhances the efficiency of gas storage,” stated Jan Kocourek, CNG sales manager at MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s.

The station is equipped with 1,680-liter tanks, which can be customized according to customer specifications. “Our primary limitation is the size of the container housing the station,” added Jan Kocourek.
The station supports various dispensing options, from manual to electronic systems that record fueling data, up to standalone fueling stands for maximum convenience.
MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s. develops, manufactures, and supplies a full range of CNG refueling solutions, including comprehensive maintenance services, engineering, and construction work.
