Blog MOTOR JIKOV commits to responsible business practices

A joint initiative by Deník, the Czech Chamber of Commerce, and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, under the auspices of the Minister of Industry and Trade, has spotlighted socially responsible companies. Among them is MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s.

For nearly a year, the South Bohemian editions of Deník have collaborated with local businesses to showcase their efforts. In mid-January, project organizers and company representatives gathered for an evening of celebration at the Clarion Hotel in České Budějovice. The event was attended by Jiří Zimola, the regional governor. “I am glad that we can meet to honor socially responsible companies and that your behavior is ethical. Whether towards employees, clients, nature, or, which I especially appreciate, towards the region. I would like to thank you for that,” he emphasized.

Other South Bohemian companies committed to responsible conduct and business include Budějovický Budvar, Brisk Tábor, ČSAD Autobusy České Budějovice, Šumava National Park, Rohde & Schwarz, Třeboň Fishery, Faurecia, Kovosvit MAS, SOME Jindřichův Hradec, JVS, and the Dynín Agricultural Cooperative.
