On Thursday, October 18, 2012, Linde Material Handling Česká republika s.r.o. officially commissioned a compressed natural gas (CNG) filling station in Prague's Malešice.
Rapid refueling of forklifts and the company's fleet of passenger vehicles is enabled by 4 pressure vessels with a capacity of 840 liters each. These are filled by four compressors with a total hourly output of 20 m³ at a pressure of 250 bar. The technology provider is MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s. The construction of the filling station, including planning and approval phases, took less than a year. Expected fuel savings at Linde MH could reach up to 450,000 CZK annually.
