Blog Garden lawn mower for volunteer firefighters

Eighteen men's and nine women's volunteer fire brigade teams came to compete on Saturday, August 23rd, in Srubec, South Bohemia. The winning team took home a main prize of the MOTOR JIKOV garden mower.
The South Bohemian Firefighters League was organized by the Srubec Volunteer Firefighters Association, who ultimately secured victory in the finals. In second place, the firefighters from Holubov finished, with the firefighters from Holašovice taking third place in the fire attack competition.

"The work of firefighters is incredibly demanding, and I truly appreciate it. I am glad that this event, which showcased quite impressive performances, was supported by MOTOR JIKOV, and that I had the opportunity to be part of it," says Radomír Hrouda from MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s., who was involved in organizing the event.

The program in Srubec's village square, where over 500 people gathered, included a commemoration of legionnaire Jakub Štola. In the evening, an open-air dance party with the rock band Denyho Parťáci was held.
