Blog Fostron is launching a new service – starting the production of control panels for machines and equipment.

October 2013 marks a milestone at MOTOR JIKOV Fostron a.s., as we launch small-batch production of control panels for machinery and technological lines. Our goal is to manufacture around twenty control panels in the first year, with a market value of approximately 1.5 million CZK.

These control panels serve both external clients and companies within the MOTOR JIKOV GROUP holding. The project implementation is based on the integration of ePLAN, enabling the processing of comprehensive documentation for panel manufacturing.

“From the project perspective, we expect this to broaden our service range and further strengthen our competitiveness. We are increasing our market potential, independence, and ultimately, maximizing the utilization of our production capacities,” states Miroslav Kníže, Director of the Single-Purpose Machines Division.

The Single-Purpose Machines Division of MOTOR JIKOV Fostron a.s. offers tailored, bespoke solutions for each customer, regardless of size, operational complexity, or environmental conditions, based on customer specifications or proprietary development.

“Within control panel manufacturing, we handle the entire process—from design and complete project documentation in ePLAN, to panel production, programming, and inspection. We equip the panels with the latest PLC systems. A declaration of conformity is included with each delivery,” comments Jiří Prchlík, Senior Electrical Designer at the division, highlighting the comprehensive nature of their services.
