Forty-seven years of unwavering loyalty—František Melichar's remarkable journey with his employer is truly inspiring. Recognized for his dedication, he received a custom gift from MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. CEO Miroslav Dvořák—a state-of-the-art LTS 448 SH lawnmower from our production line. As František stepped into retirement, it was Jiří Slíva, Director of MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s., who personally handed over this token of appreciation, symbolizing a career built on commitment and excellence.
Beginning his apprenticeship at the state enterprise LADA in September 1967, František's journey exemplifies loyalty and dedication. From July 1970 until December 2014, he contributed his skills within the manufacturing facilities of MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s. in Soběslav.
“I’ve only just begun my retirement, so it’s too soon to say how my life has changed,” shares the active retiree. “I still want to assist at machining centers.” His work has not gone unnoticed; Jiří Slíva emphasized,
