Blog Following their victory last year, MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. has become a partner of the E.ON Energy Globe Award ČR 2012 competition.

This year's absolute winner will receive a CNG filling station MOTOR JIKOV COMPACT valued at CZK 168,000 from our company!

Last year, the CNG filling station helped our company secure victory in the prestigious E.ON Energy Globe Award ČR 2011 in the Air category. Symbolically, it will also be the prize our company, as the main partner of this year's edition, awards to the absolute winner. However, we will have to wait until October, when the nationwide final takes place before television cameras. The top seven of 165 registered energy-saving and environmentally friendly projects will advance to this stage.

The idea of organizing a Czech round of the competition, which practically anyone can participate in and aims to popularize meaningful projects that save and efficiently utilize energy, came from the energy company E.ON. In this fourth year of the competition, individuals, households, companies, municipalities, schools, cities, and other institutions and associations are participating once again. The condition is a completed project already implemented in the Czech Republic that helps conserve energy. Depending on their project type, participants compete in seven categories – Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Youth, Municipality, and Craftsman. The first five categories have an international scope, while Municipality and Craftsman are purely Czech specialties. The winners of each category will be announced in June. The national final will then take place before Czech Television cameras in October.

And our company will be there again. Following last year's victory in the Air category, MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. became the main partner of the Czech branch of this globally prestigious competition. The absolute winner of the Czech final will not only receive a CNG-powered car but also our product – the CNG filling station MOTOR JIKOV COMPACT. Additionally, they will advance to the global finals of the Energy Globe Award 2012.
You can also participate and win. Throughout August and September, you can support individual finalist projects on the competition's website. Your support can decide the winner. At the same time, one of the voters will win an e-bike or e-scooter.
