Annually, MOTOR JIKOV GROUP companies allocate an additional __7.8 million crowns__ in wages for their employees. This is one of the points agreed upon during the collective bargaining between company management and union representatives. The new collective agreement is valid from __April 1, 2018__ until __March 31, 2019__.
Employees of the holding companies can expect higher contributions in four key areas, directly credited to their accounts. "These include wages, performance bonuses based on specific company plan indicators, benefit vouchers, and pension contributions," summarized the HR Director of MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s., __Iva Fantyšová__.
Following last year’s widespread wage increases, CEO __MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s.__ has decided to return to a more individualized approach. "This allows us to fairly recognize talented, hardworking, and loyal employees who truly deserve a salary increase. The wage increases were tailored to individual roles to boost the groups of employees who previously earned lower wages," emphasized CEO __Miroslav Dvořák__.
Of the total __7.8 million crowns__ allocated annually, the largest share—__3.9 million crowns__—goes to wages at __MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s.__. __MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna__ will allocate an additional __2.7 million crowns__, and __MOTOR JIKOV Fostron a.s.__ will receive __1.2 million crowns__.
A new feature resulting from collective negotiations is the increase in bonuses for meeting specific company plan indicators, paid twice a year. The amount for each level has been increased by __500 crowns__.
The pension contribution for employees working more than three years at the company has been increased from __700__ to __800 crowns__ per month. Employees who have been with the company for just one year will also receive a higher monthly contribution, with their employer depositing __400 crowns__ into their pension account each month.
For the third consecutive year, the companies within the holding have increased the value of benefit vouchers provided annually to employees. Employees with at least one year of employment received vouchers worth __1500 crowns__ to be used for sports, health care, or cultural activities. The company continues to support employees’ leisure time activities, with options available to all staff members.
