Blog Dear colleagues, employees, and business partners.

We have entered 2017, but allow me to briefly reflect on what made 2016 an exceptional year for me and our company MOTOR JIKOV GROUP.
We are undergoing a significant and complex organizational transformation, whose goals should guide us for the upcoming period and serve as a driving force for the company's competitiveness, and thus success across all markets within our "industry".
Working with young people and fostering relationships with the so-called Generation Y is, in my opinion, systemic within the company and helps us build vital connections for our future operations. Our recruitment activities, which have been active since kindergarten and extend all the way to commissioning thesis projects at universities, are logical and structured.
We also maintain responsible behavior, acting as a socially accountable company—whether in ecology, where our CNG manufacturing program should be highlighted, or in charitable initiatives, including systematic support for the Dětská psychiatrická nemocnice Opařany and Dětský domov Boršov nad Vltavou. Our social responsibility is also reflected in supporting culture, sports, and community life. This sense of accountability includes you, my employees, and as for me, I greatly value the opportunity to meet with you multiple times a year during celebrations of significant work or life milestones. These occasions are always a pleasant time spent with people I consider part of our large family company, of which I have been a member for thirty years as of this year. I am genuinely interested in how you are doing and enjoy talking with you. I also use these moments with our jubilarians to share updates about the company's development and future plans.
Friends, I am very glad we can extend wishes for a successful 2017 from this place. I believe this year will be joyful for you, though much depends on how we approach life… I especially wish you good health, as it is my top priority, and success in your work tied to MOTOR JIKOV GROUP.
