Crafted by the dedicated team at MOTORU JIKOV Fostron a.s., division of Single-purpose Machines for BMI Bramac, this state-of-the-art packaging line is a testament to engineering excellence. At the finish line, bundles weighing a quarter ton emerge—up to 42 tiles in a single package. This rapid rhythm demands flawless synergy between sophisticated software and compact machinery, occupying less space than a small hall. "We are pushing the boundaries of our division's capabilities," states director Jiří Prchlík. "The entire line is assembled directly at the customer’s site."

The division produces a tenth of the mechanical parts in-house; the rest are sourced collaboratively. The design surpasses our manufacturing scale, with electrical systems and assembly fully managed by us. Leveraging past experience, we implement cutting-edge procedures, verifying kinematics and mechanics with MJG Enix software modules. Our experts, alongside external specialists proficient in Siemens control systems, ensure precision in every detail," highlights Jiří Prchlík.
