In Europe and around the world, the use of compressed natural gas (CNG) for powering motor vehicles is on the rise. The emphasis on ecology, safety, and especially operational efficiency compels manufacturers to seek alternatives to traditional fuels. Compared to gasoline, diesel, and even LPG, CNG emits tens of percent fewer pollutants, making it one of the most environmentally friendly fuels. But most importantly, it offers unbeatable operational costs. For comparison – while a driver with a conventional gasoline engine can travel approximately 470 kilometers on a thousand crowns, using CNG, the same amount can cover up to 1,250 kilometers.
