The Pressure Die Casting Division is introducing a new heat treatment technology for aluminum castings, known as T6, designed for low-pressure and high-pressure casting applications.

Currently, we are implementing aluminum casting quenching in multiple projects within the automotive and consumer sectors, with additional projects under negotiation," evaluates the significance of the investment, says director of the Pressure Die Casting Division, Vladimír Kubeš.
The quenching process, which includes solution annealing followed by rapid cooling and tempering, enhances the formability of castings while significantly improving their mechanical properties – hardness, strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance.
