The logistics division deals with the company's business activities. On the input side, it ensures the selection of suppliers, the purchase of materials, semi-finished products and services. During the production process, it orders and ensures all production cooperation. For the proper functioning of the company, it manages the planning process. On the sales side, it seeks and addresses new customers, and acquires suitable new projects to utilize the company's production capacities. When implementing new projects, it takes care of project management, i.e the preparation of new products for serial production.
