Production of four-stroke TAURUS engines and licence two-stroke engines SB Fichtel & Sachs for the German SABO company (John Deer group). The Fostron company is established via merger of MOTOR JIKOV tool shop and LADA Jindřichův Hradec. Reasons were commercial and also to reduce costs and increase productivity of work to succeed on a strongly competitive international market. The name of the new company refers to key production areas.
