M.I.C.B., a parent company of a group of mostly engineering and foundry businesses, becomes the majority owner of MOTOR JIKOV. The main mission of M.I.C.B. is the administration of assets and capital, acquisitions and control of business projects. MOTOR JIKOV brand production obtains international certification for its technical quality and environmental parameters. Serial production of components (top and bottom parts for airbag gas generator for TRW Aschau, Germany) started in mid-1995. In autumn of that year M.I.C.B. takes over LADA Soběslav, a legendary producer of sewing machines, and becomes a business company.
