The FOSTRON – KAWASAKI international technological workplace enables a significant increase of production effectiveness

The Single-Purpose Machinery Division of MOTOR JIKOV Fostron constructed a technological workplace in its plant in České Budějovice installs in cooperation with the prestigious Japanese company Kawasaki.
It will serve for testing and presentation of new processes when building single purpose machines as well as complete production lines. Visitors can see the new workplace in Fostron from this autumn.

The uniqueness of the workplace consists in the possibility to link technologies of both companies in one sophisticated complex, which also meets very demanding customer requirements. Practical presentation of the work of robots in production lines shall help both companies to address new customers.
“The main idea of the joined workplace, which we will continuously modify based on actual needs of the market and product development, is to show customers the mutual connection and working of single-purpose machines and fixtures of the MOTOR JIKOV brand with Kawasaki robots in practice. We herewith offer a professional comprehensive solution of automated technological workplaces applicable in all industrial areas. Customers can test the convenience of use of parts for the appropriate type of handling and it will be possible to make potential design changes based on specific customer requirements before start of serial production. In this way we shall help the customer to assembly a line, which will contribute to a significant production effectiveness increase,“ Miroslav Kníže, director of the Single-Purpose Machinery Division explains the importance of the technological centre.
